ROBA Music Publishing and MGNFY extend cooperation

ROBA Music Publishing is pleased to announce the extension of the publishing contract with Edition MGNFY. MGNFY and the music publisher from Hamburg have been working together successfully since 2014.

With MGNFY, owners Marco Völkel and Martin Königsmann have made it their goal to manage the interaction of the areas of music, live, marketing and business under one roof. MGNFY is a partner, idea generator, co-thinker and trendsetter all in one, helping artists and music promoters to translate their respective values into brand identities that take a stand, arouse curiosity and create emotions.

As far as publishing work is concerned, ROBA and MGNFY place a special focus on the accurate accounting of concerts, festivals and streamings, in addition to day to day creative management, as many MGNFY artists are active in precisely this area.

For this purpose, MGNFY records set lists and ROBA compares the income of the collecting societies via a specially set up automated system. The same is done in the area of streaming, where a precise comparison is also made between expected and billed streams.
